Ettiquette and Uniform

When taking classes at the London Dance School parents and children are asked to observe the following:

Please be prompt for your class and wait with your child until the lesson begins. This also applies for picking up children from the lessons. If you are late we will keep your child with us, observing the following class. Children must be supervised at all times before and after their lessons and should wait quietly outside the dance studio at all times. We will not let any child leave the premises without their parent or carer being there to collect them.

Fees are due by the second week of term or an administrative charge of £2.50 will be applied.

In order to schedule teachers, pianists and venues half a term’s notice of withdrawal from lessons or half a term’s fees in lieu is required.

Uniform

The correct uniform should be worn for each lesson with hair neatly tied back in a bun or pony tail. All uniform can be purchased from LDS when you come for your lessons.

Babies, Juniors, Pre-Primary or Primary

Girls
Pale Blue leotard, pink leather ballet shoes with elastic, white or pale pink ballet socks, regulation pale blue primary skirt.

Boys
Navy Blue shorts and white T-shirt

Grades 1 and 2

Girls
Pale Blue leotard, pink leather ballet shoes, black character skirt and canvas character shoes

Boys
Navy Blue shorts and white dance top

Grades 3 and above
